This is the initial step in your journey to buying a home. Your Clear Path Realtor® will ask questions to learn about your real estate needs. We will then discuss the step-by-step buying process and answer any question that you may have. We will also discuss your financial qualification requirements. LOAN PRE-APPROVAL
This is the initial step in your journey to buying a home. Your Clear Path Realtor® will ask questions to learn about your real estate needs. We will then discuss the step-by-step buying process and answer any question that you may have. We will also discuss your financial qualification requirements. FIND MY DREAM HOME
First, we will find out what you envision for your next house. Then our expert team will help you find your dream home in the San Antonio or surrounding areas.
We will set up an automated MLS Search based on your wants and desires. You will be the first to know when a home that meets your criteria becomes available. One of our Licensed Realtors will tour these homes with you. You can also search for Real Estate Properties here.
MAKE AN OFFER/ CONTRACT
Now that you have found the ideal dream home, what’s next? Your Clear Path Realtor® will help you prepare a professional offer. We will walk you through the process and provide you with recommendations. We will explain home warranties, earnest money, option periods, and closing costs.
We will reach out to the Listing Agent to get as much information as possible about the house of interest. We will negotiate on your behalf and keep you informed throughout this process. Once we have an agreement signed, we will guide you through the inspection and appraisal process. We promise to be the best San Antonio Real Estate Agents for you and your family. We will be there each step of the way and home to make your home buying process a pleasant experience.
CLOSE & KEYS!
You will not be alone through the final steps of your buying process. We will schedule a final walk-through to make sure everything is right. We will then schedule your closing with the title company. Plus we will be there to make sure that your closing process is clear and successful.
POST CLOSING
Congratulations on purchasing your new home! Now that you have had the opportunity to move in, there are a few items left to complete. Your Realtor® will send you the information on tax exemptions, remind you to register home warranties and a few post closing items, Also, don’t forget to stop by the post office for your mail box keys. Clear path will be there for you after you buy a house.
